取消辦法

       本民宿收取訂金為全額，依觀光局頒布（定型化契約）規定

  1. -預收約定房價全額者，因個人因素取消預訂住宿需退款時-
  2. 於訂房住宿日-前1～2日退還50% 
  3. 於預定住宿日-當日退還0% 
  4. 退費 : 需扣除單次100元作業費後退還
  5. 預定住宿當日若逢陸上颱風警報或地震等不可抗拒之因素 （以當地宜蘭縣市政府頒布狀況為準則）時，可以延期一次保 留3個月內使用完畢，入住日期請另外來信預約，過期則全額保證金不予退還。 或者選擇全額退費，退費時需扣除單次30元作業手續費後退還。
  6. 除以上因天災可辦理延期服務外，其他個人因素或天氣氣候不佳等等因素，小店皆無法提供延期服務。
  7. 因本契約發生訴訟時，甲、乙雙方同意以 宜蘭地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Cancellation Method

The B&B charges the full amount of the deposit according to the contract issued by the Tourism Bureau.

-If you receive the full amount of the contracted room rate in advance and cancel the reservation due to personal factors and need a refund
50% of the deposit will be refunded 1 to 2 days before the date of booking
On the day of the reserved stay, 0% refund
Refund: After deducting a single operation fee of $100
If unavoidable factors such as typhoon warning or earthquake occur on the day of the scheduled stay (subject to the situation promulgated by the local Yilan County government), the guarantee can be extended once and used up within 3 months. Or choose a full refund, which will be refunded after deducting the single operation handling fee of $30.
We are unable to provide extensions due to personal factors or inclement weather in addition to the above-mentioned natural disasters.

If a lawsuit arises from this contract, we both agree that the Yilan District Court shall be the court of first instance.
If you cannot accept the above terms and conditions, please do not make a reservation.
