取消辦法

       本民宿收取訂金為全額，依觀光局頒布（定型化契約）規定

  1. -預收約定房價全額者，因個人因素取消預訂住宿需退款時-
  2. 於訂房住宿日-前3日退還100%
  3. 於訂房住宿日-前1～2日退還50% 
  4. 於預定住宿日-當日退還0% 
  5. 退費 : 需扣除單次100元作業費後退還
  6. 預定住宿當日若逢陸上颱風警報或地震等不可抗拒之因素 （以當地宜蘭縣市政府頒布狀況為準則）時，可以延期一次保 留3個月內使用完畢，入住日期請另外來信預約，過期則全額保證金不予退還。 或者選擇全額退費，退費時需扣除單次30元作業手續費後退還。
  7. 除以上因天災可辦理延期服務外，其他個人因素或天氣氣候不佳等等因素，小店皆無法提供延期服務。
  8. 因本契約發生訴訟時，甲、乙雙方同意以 宜蘭地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Cancellation Method

  1. This guesthouse requires a full-payment deposit in accordance with the standard contract regulations issued by the Tourism Bureau.
  2. – If the full room rate has been prepaid and a refund is requested due to personal reasons for canceling the reservation –
  3. – 100% refund if canceled 3 days before the check-in date
    – 50% refund if canceled 1–2 days before the check-in date
    – 0% refund if canceled on the check-in date
  4. Refund policy: A one-time processing fee of NT$100 will be deducted from the refund.
  5. If, on the reserved check-in date, there is a land typhoon warning, earthquake, or other force majeure event (based on announcements issued by the local Yilan County/City Government), guests may reschedule once and retain the booking for use within 3 months. Please contact us separately to arrange a new check-in date. If unused after the expiration period, the full deposit will not be refunded.
  6. Alternatively, guests may choose a full refund, with a one-time NT$30 processing fee deducted.
  7. Except for postponements due to natural disasters as stated above, the property is unable to provide rescheduling services for personal reasons, poor weather conditions, or other similar factors.

キャンセル方法

  • この民宿では、観光局公布の（定型化契約）規定に基づき、宿泊料金全額を予約金として頂戴しております。
  • – 宿泊料金全額を事前にお支払いいただいた場合、個人的な理由で予約をキャンセルし返金が必要となる際の規定 –
    ご宿泊日の3日前まで：100％返金
    ご宿泊日の1～2日前：50％返金
    ご宿泊当日：0％返金
  • 返金について：1回につき100元の手数料を差し引いた後、ご返金いたします。
  • ご宿泊当日に陸上台風警報や地震などの不可抗力の事由が発生した場合（現地・宜蘭県市政府の発表を基準とします）、1回に限り延期が可能で、3か月以内にご利用ください。宿泊日は別途メールにてご予約をお願いいたします。期限を過ぎた場合、保証金は全額返金不可となります。
    または全額返金を選択することも可能ですが、その場合は1回につき30元の事務手数料を差し引いた後、ご返金いたします。
  • 上記の天災による場合を除き、その他の個人的事情や天候不良などの理由については、延期サービスはご利用いただけません。
